- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 11:00 pm GMT will be processed the same day.
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: You can expect your order within 6β12 working days (Monday to Friday).

7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery details are correct before completing your purchase. Oak Soho is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If you need to update your details before dispatch, please contact us at support@oaksoho.com. Additional fees may apply for address changes after dispatch
8. Refused, unaccepted, or uncollected parcels
If a parcel is refused, not accepted upon delivery, or remains uncollected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct a processing fee of Β£15 from the refund. This fee covers the shipping and handling costs incurred.
